Who can apply, and how does screening work?
The issuer specifies residence in Japan and telephone contact. The current product page limits applications to ages 18–75, excluding high-school students, with a verified personal Binance Japan account. An English explanation does not make the product available abroad.
Start on the official card page, complete Binance Japan identity verification, then follow the link to Lifecard. Check that your name, address and other details match; enter the requested employment, income and repayment-bank information accurately. Lifecard conducts its own credit assessment. Neither an approval probability nor a guaranteed credit limit is published for your circumstances.
Rewards and annual fee: evaluate the ordinary terms
Eligible shopping earns 1.6% equivalent in BNB, generally credited to the Binance Japan account in the middle of the following month. The first annual fee is waived; subsequent years cost ¥1,650 including tax, with the next year waived after ¥100,000 annual qualifying spending. Confirm the issuer’s applicable spending period.
ETC spending, annual fees, cash advances and revolving, instalment or skip-payment fees are excluded from rewards. Refunds and cancellations do not earn rewards. A restricted or closed Binance account can prevent receipt. BNB changes in value: a reward percentage is not a guaranteed future yen return.
Top-ups, family cards and promotions
This is not a prepaid crypto card: repay Lifecard in Japanese yen, not crypto. Topping up an electronic-money service is a separate transaction; do not assume every top-up earns BNB. Check that service and the issuer before relying on rewards.
A previous welcome offer ended on 2026-06-26. No replacement card welcome offer was identified in the official product page checked on 2026-10-06. We have not verified a current points-site offer or product-specific family-card terms. Ask Lifecard about this exact card; a generic Lifecard family-card page is not confirmation.
How to judge reviews and keep records
This assessment is based on official terms, not a hands-on approval or payment test. Strengths are yen repayment and BNB rewards on eligible everyday spending; limitations include credit screening, exclusions, account dependency and crypto price risk. Compare your eligible spending, not headline percentages alone.
Save the application receipt, issuer agreement, monthly statements and BNB credit dates, quantities and yen values. For Japan tax purposes, distinguish ordinary yen purchases, reward receipt and later crypto sale or use. Do not assume all crypto rewards are tax-free; consult the NTA guidance and a tax professional for your circumstances.
FAQ

No. Binance Japan identity verification is a prerequisite; Lifecard performs a separate credit assessment.
Can I apply while living outside Japan?
The issuer specifies residence in Japan. This translated guide does not establish eligibility for overseas residents.
Can I repay with BNB or top up the card?

Are family cards or points-site bonuses confirmed?
No product-specific family-card conditions or current points-site offer have been verified here. Confirm them with the issuer or offer provider before applying.
