Availability
Bybit's card guidance describes both virtual and physical cards. The card currency depends on the country of Advanced Identity Verification, and supported crypto payment assets include USDC, BTC, ETH, MNT, TON and XRP. A separate Bybit help page about bank-card payments does not prove that Bybit Card issuance is available in the same country.
Fees and rewards
If the card fiat balance is insufficient, Bybit says crypto is automatically liquidated at the One-Click Sell exchange rate plus a 0.9% Bybit Card crypto conversion fee. For non-euro purchases, also record merchant currency, card currency and any network or foreign-exchange effect.
