Crypto.com says its app is available in 100+ markets, while the card rollout is staged across Singapore, the United States, the European Union, Canada, Australia, Brazil and more. Availability can change with regulation and market review, so the app Card tab is the source of truth for your address and account.
Official checks
In the Crypto.com App, open Card and check whether Prepaid Card, Visa Signature Credit Card, shipping address, KYC and card tier options appear. Then read Level Up, staking or subscription requirements, excluded merchant categories and reward caps.
Availability
Do not treat app availability as card availability. A market can support the app without supporting the card. U.S. users may see separate credit-card logic, while many other markets reference the Prepaid Card.
Fees and rewards
As of the October 1, 2026 check of the Level Up page and the Prepaid Card rewards help article, card rewards are 1.5% on Plus (US$4.99 a month or US$49.90 a year, or a CRO lockup), 2.5% on Pro (US$29.99 a month or US$299.90 a year, or a CRO lockup), 3.5% on Private with a US$50,000 CRO lockup and 4.5% on Private with a US$500,000 CRO lockup; Basic has no card reward. These are lower than the 2%–5% the official pages showed when we checked them on August 31, 2026. The full rate applies only up to a monthly spend of US$750 (Plus), US$1,500 (Pro), US$3,000 (Private, then 0.5%) or US$5,000 (Private US$500,000, then 1%). The Level Up help article still calls the rewards "uncapped", so the official pages disagree; confirm the cap in the app. Excluded merchant categories and market restrictions can reduce the practical return further.
| Check | Official meaning | Reader action |
|---|---|---|
| Market | App availability and card rollout are separate | Check the Card tab before staking or subscribing |
| Rewards | 1.5%–4.5% by Level Up plan, with monthly spend caps | Confirm Level Up, CRO and cap rows |
| Exclusions | Financial services, digital wallets and other categories can be excluded | Save the excluded-MCC page before large spend |
| ATM | ATM limits and fees vary by card tier and region | Separate card-side fees from ATM operator fees |

FAQ
Is Crypto.com Card available everywhere the app is available?
No. The official page distinguishes app availability from the staged card rollout.
Is up to 4.5% back automatic?
No. The 4.5% rate needs the Private plan with a US$500,000 CRO lockup and applies to the first US$5,000 of monthly spend. Plus earns 1.5% and Pro 2.5%, Basic earns no card reward, and caps and excluded merchant categories also apply.
What should I check before using ATM?
Check the card tier, free withdrawal limit, card-side fee, ATM operator fee and currency conversion.
