Has RedotPay stopped in Japan?
Japan was not on the official card issuance restrictions list checked October 6, 2026. That does not guarantee every account can obtain a card, receive physical delivery or add it to Apple Pay. Registration/KYC, issuance, shipping and wallet tokenization are separate checks. Read the Card screen and exact error before paying. If the app says issuance is unavailable, do not pay another fee or add funds to try to bypass it; ask support.
How do you order the RedotPay physical card?
In Card → Physical card, review the 100 USD issuance charge and delivery eligibility, then enter your name, address and phone number. Billing and shipping addresses must be in English. The printed name cannot be changed after issuance, and payment confirms an application that cannot be canceled or refunded. Check those fields before paying. A physical card supports store payments and ATMs; compare the cost of a virtual card if you only need online payments.
How do you fund and use RedotPay?
Match the asset, network and destination shown on the deposit screen with the sending service. Bank deposits and crypto transfers are not interchangeable instructions. The checked Multi-Currency Wallet deposit policy says RedotPay charges no deposit fee, but banks can deduct handling fees on returned deposits. Sending-service and network costs should be checked separately. Use card details online, a physical card at terminals, or a supported digital wallet after confirming eligibility. Do not pay for a card solely for Apple Pay before checking that your account can add it.
Can a RedotPay promotion code be added after registration?
A referral code belongs in Referral Code (Optional) during registration and cannot be added to an existing account. It does not guarantee issuance or a card discount. The official 5 USDs welcome reward is for purchases after card activation, expires 30 days after receipt and cannot pay the card application fee. Open the USDⓈ balance in the app to verify credit and expiry.
