Tria's sign-up help says an access code is required to join during its phased rollout, and codes come from the waitlist or from users and ambassadors. The code itself does not raise your cashback rate. The money comes from Tria's official programmes: new users can earn 3,200 points plus 5 USDT through Activate & Earn, and the person who invited them earns 5 USDT through Refer & Earn, once the new user makes four card payments of 5 USD or more.

Tria's sign-up help article (updated March 20, 2026) describes access codes as the way into Tria during its phased rollout. Codes are emailed automatically to people on the waitlist, or shared by existing users and Tria ambassadors, and the article says there is no need to ask support for one.
A code also records who invited you. Tria's referrals article explains that every user has a share link in the Rewards section of the app, and that ambassadors have their own unique codes which the new user must use for their activity to be tracked. That tracking is what lets the inviter earn. It is not a cashback upgrade for you: your cashback rate comes from the card tier you buy, as set out in Tria's fee and cashback schedule.
Where to enter a Tria access code, step by step
The order below follows Tria's sign-up and card application help articles. The access code comes early, so decide on it before you start.
- Open Tria through the official link, the Tria app from your app store, or the Tria web app.
- Tap Signup/Login and choose Google or Apple. Use the email you will keep: a different email later creates a separate account.
- At Enter Access Code, check that
FYCF09QRZ7is shown. If the field is empty, type it in. Screenshot the screen. - Claim your Tria Name. Tria says it cannot be changed after you confirm it.
- Store your 12 or 24 word seed phrase offline. Tria's wallet is self-custodial and Tria cannot recover a lost phrase.
- Choose a card, select your real country of residence, pay, then complete KYC in the mobile app. See the country and KYC guide.
- Activate the card and watch for the Activate & Earn campaign in the app; its first deadline counts from the moment it appears.
Tria's help articles do not describe any way to add an access code after the account exists, so treat step 3 as your only chance. Tria also allows only one account per person, and duplicate accounts can cause KYC to fail.
Tria's official referral rewards (checked September 26, 2026)
Tria's blog announced two programmes in August 2026. Neither post gives an end date, and Tria reserves the right to change or end them, so confirm they still show in your app.

The two programmes do not pay the new user twice. Tria's Activate & Earn post says a referred user receives their 5 USDT through Activate & Earn, not a second 5 USDT from Refer & Earn; the Refer & Earn reward goes to the inviter. Missing a window ends the campaign for that user, and the points are Season 3 points, not cash.
Only real purchases count. Both posts exclude transactions that move money rather than buy something, identified by merchant category code: money transfers, ATM and cash withdrawals, crypto and money-order purchases, wallet top-ups and stored-value loads, game credits, payment-processor transactions, gambling and lotteries. Activate & Earn also excludes MCC 5262. Refunded or reversed payments are removed from the count.
Codes that promise 6% cashback on everything
Some code-listing pages say a particular Tria access code unlocks 6% cashback on all card spending. Tria's own documents do not support that. Under Tria's Card Cashback Terms (last updated June 1, 2026), the cashback rate depends on the card tier: 6% applies only to the Premium card, which costs 250 USD a year, and only on up to 2,000 USD of eligible spend a month, with 1% above that. Virtual earns 1.5% and Signature 4.5%, each with their own monthly caps.
In the official Tria sources we checked on September 26, 2026, the new-user reward for joining through an invitation is Activate & Earn's 3,200 points and 5 USDT. We found no official Tria page offering a larger bonus for a specific code. If a page promises more, look for the promise on help.tria.so, docs.tria.so or blogs.tria.so before relying on it.
What to check before you use any Tria code
- Your country appears in the app's country dropdown and is not on Tria's prohibited list.
- The card price: Signature 109 USD and Premium 250 USD a year; Virtual is shown as free on tria.so while the card terms list 25 USD. Details in the Tria fee guide.
- Monthly cashback caps (100, 1,000 and 2,000 USD by tier) and whether your spending reaches them.
- Card balance risk: in August 2026 a flaw in a Solana card contract at Tria's card issuer Rain affected card balances; Tria said on X that affected users were refunded in full plus an extra 10%. Keep only near-term spending on the card. The Tria Card review covers this.
- That you can store a seed phrase safely, because Tria cannot recover it.
